I think it was possible for them to work together because the Black Panthers were not against peace, they were just willing and able to be violent to get their civil rights. I think that the nonviolent leaders would have understood where the violent anger was coming from in the Black Panthers and I also think that the Black Panthers would have been glad that the nonviolent activists were trying to help them with their civil rights. I think this book was very well written, it kept my attention, and I also learned a lot from it.
