I believe that nonviolence is the way that the protesters should carry out their protests because acting nonviolent shows that the civil rights activists are uonited and follow a method meaning that they are united. If they were to become violent many would end up in jail and you cannot express yourself to the world if you are locked up in a jail cell. So if I would have had to choose a side then I would choose to side with nonviolent protesters for many reasons, but mainly because I fear of getting in trouble with the wrong person and suffering major consquences for it.
