I still think that Sam should stand up for what he believes in peacefully, but I also think that protecting Stick, even if it was Violante, was the best option. I think that the whit people who are discriminatory will take them more seriously, if the protesters fall to the low expectations of the racists then their opinions and voices will never be heard. I think that I would try a nonviolent approach, but realistically if someone was directly threatening my loved ones I probably would fight back.
