Violence from the African Americans is what the police look for. It is an easy way for the police to arrest them. If people are nonviolent, they have a way to express themselves peacefully and the police won't hace a way to interfere. The most effective way , in my opinion, is to be nonviolent, and have everyone else be nonviolent too, so that as a whole, the nonviolent side is stronger and can get their point across. This gives them an easier chance at having things be more equal. I would choose the nonviolent side.

If everyone was using non violence then that would work great but because violence is being directed towards them they sould defend them self
ReplyDeleteThe problem with that is the police will say they attacked first. The general public will take the policeman's word over theirs. If they act nonviolently, they will still have the pictures and video from the press to prove they did not do anything
